Driving Tours of France, Ltd.’s travel
packages will include:

Individual itinerary and trip planning.
·
Overnight accommodations (including local taxes) in 3 and/or 4 star facilities
for our Gold package; B & Bs and/or 2 or 3 star facilities for our
Silver package. All rooms will have twin beds or one large bed and a private
bathroom. A list of your hotels will be in your travel notebook.
·
Breakfast is included in all itineraries
·
Rental of an economy or mid-size car with manual transmission, including
local taxes. (We request diesel engines for fuel economy, but cannot guarantee
this.)
·
One road atlas or map(s) per car for the region(s) in which you will travel
·
One Driving Tours of France’s itinerary-specific travel notebook,
per car. This will include driving directions between your accommodations
with suggestions of things to do and see along your route. Your travel
notebook will be delivered 30 to 45 days prior to your departure.
Participants are responsible for:

Rental car insurance (CDW and LDW), fuel, toll road fees, parking and
other related expenses.
Note: CDW and LDW insurance is included with most Gold VISA and Gold Master
cards. Check your credit card contract for the particulars. LDW (theft) insurance
is mandatory in Italy. Driving Tours of France will arrange for your rental
car to be charged to your credit card to take advantage of the insurance coverage
and will deduct the amount of the car rental from your package price.

Any items of a personal nature.

Beverages or supplements not specifically provided with included meals.
·
Entrance fees, excursions or activities.
Additional insurance: Driving Tours of France strongly recommends travel insurance,
to include trip cancellation, baggage loss or health issues. A travel insurance
application form will be mailed to you. The insurance is purchased by you directly
from the insurer.
Responsibility: Driving Tours of France, Ltd., is an independent agency, licensed
under the laws of the State of Washington, acting only to plan and arrange
the travel services described in the current brochure. As such agency, Driving
Tours of France, Ltd., will not be liable for any personal injury and/or property
damage or other losses due to acts of omission or negligence by any company
or persons providing the services included in this document. Any suggestions
or information included in the travel notebook are to be taken at the participant’s
own risk and/or expense.
Reservations, payments and cancellations: A deposit of $150 US, per person,
is required with your signed reservation request. Full payment is due 75 days
prior to your departure. Note: Some hotels require a full day deposit when
the room reservation is made – which can be months prior to the client’s
arrival, if this occurs we may request additional funds from you before full
payment is due to cover such a deposit. These funds will not be refundable
if they can’t be recovered from the hotel.
Price and price guarantee: All prices are quoted in US dollars. Included with
the proposed itinerary provided for your approval will be an estimated price.
This estimated price is predicated on the availability of reservations at our
preferred locations and preferred accommodations. Prices may vary slightly
if the desired accommodations are not available. A final price will be quoted
after all reservations are confirmed. Following 1)receipt of your signed reservation
form, signed “Terms and Conditions” document and deposit, 2) confirmation
of the final price by Driving Tours of France, Ltd., and, 3) acceptance by
you of the arrangements, the price is guaranteed.

*All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing for a refund to
be processed.
